The Website allows you to access the reservation services of the Hotels under the Lohita Resorts, Sikar, Hotel and Traders brands.
The Website also provides marketing and promotional information about products, services and activities on offer by Lohita Resorts and the Hotels.
The Website and its content are made available for your personal, non-commercial use. The Website should not be used for unlawful, immoral or illegal purposes or for any purpose other than those stated in the Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to deny access to the Website to any user who violates the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy or at its sole discretion.

Reservations
By using this Website to make reservations with a Hotel, you agree to be bound by all of such Hotel’s standard terms and conditions and by any other policies, terms and conditions that may apply.
By using this Website to make reservations, you hereby authorize the Hotel and us to use your personal information including credit/ debit card information that you provide to us for the purpose of the reservation.
By using this Website or channels owned or operated by third parties or information otherwise provided by Lohiya Resorts or Hotels to make reservations at any of the Hotels, you acknowledge that there may be technical inaccuracies, typographical errors or mistakes in the information displayed or otherwise provided including but not limited to room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other Hotel requirements. Neither Lohiya Resorts or Hotels assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or mistakes nor be obliged to honor reservations based on such inaccuracies, errors or mistakes. Lohiya Resorts and Hotels reserve the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to information displayed on this Website or otherwise provided, at any time without notice, including confirmed reservations based on such inaccuracies, errors or mistakes in the information provided or displayed on this Website or channels owned or operated by third parties.
You may only make reservations through this Website for yourself and your guests. If you intend to book more than nine (9) rooms at the same Hotel for the same period of stay on behalf of one or more guests, you must contact the Hotel directly to make the reservation. You are prohibited from using this Website for the purposes of reselling, posting, advertising or marketing reservations (whether online or otherwise) to third parties including online agents, third-party owned websites, or travel agents.
The Hotel reserves the right to require proper proof of identity (e.g. passports or national identity cards) from all persons checking in. The Hotel has the absolute discretion to refuse to check in if the identity does not match with the person mentioned in your reservation or if anyone refuses to provide the requisite proof of identity to the Hotel. We reserve the right to cancel or modify at our sole discretion any reservations that have been made in breach of the Terms and Conditions or for false, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
Restaurant Reservations
The terms and conditions set out in this section, together with the Terms and Conditions herein and any other policies, terms and conditions of the Hotel that may apply, govern your use of Lohiya Resorts online restaurant reservation service provided on the Website (“ Restaurant Reservation Service ”). By using the Restaurant Reservation Service, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of use.
Reservation requests may be made by filling in and submitting the electronic form available through the Website. You should only use the Restaurant Reservation Service if you (i) have legal capacity to create binding legal obligations and (ii) accept financial responsibility for all transactions carried out under your reservation or as a result of your use of the Restaurant Reservation Service. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided in connection with your reservation, including without limitation the name of the restaurant, proposed dining date and time, number of guests and your contact details.
The Hotel receiving a restaurant reservation request may at its sole and absolute discretion accept or reject the reservation request. If your reservation request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation number and email as verification of a successful reservation. In the absence of such confirmation, no reservation shall be deemed to have been made. A copy of the confirmation email or identification document of the person making the reservation must be presented upon arrival at the restaurant.
Modification and cancellations of reservations must be made through the Restaurant Reservation Service. The required notice period and penalties will vary according to each Hotel’s cancellation and deposit policies. The Hotel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel your reservation at any time, with or without prior notice, without liability to you or any other party. This may occur for any reason including but not limited to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
Use of the Restaurants
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and release your table if you do not arrive within 10 minutes after the reservation time.
The Hotel reserves the right to assign tables at its discretion. Special requests may be granted at the sole discretion of the Hotel.
All diners must abide by any dress code or other rules imposed by the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove persons from a restaurant for failure to comply with such dress code or rules.
The advance booking period and maximum number of guests, including children, may vary depending on each Hotel’s individual policies. Please refer to individual restaurants’ pages for further details. Each child will be counted as one person.

Liability
In addition to the other Terms and Conditions herein, we and our officers and employees shall not be liable for, and shall exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability, loss, claim or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) your supply of any personal or financial information or the unauthorised access thereof by a third party; (ii) the unavailability of the Restaurant Reservation Service or any failure, delay or error in processing or fulfilling a reservation or reservation request; and (iii) the use of the restaurants or consumption of the food, beverage or restaurant services by you or any other person.
Valuables
You are advised not to bring expensive jewellery, precious goods or excessive amounts of cash onto the Hotel premises and you do so at your own risk. While Hotels provide reasonable security, Hotels are not designed as high security areas for the safekeeping of expensive jewellery, precious goods or large sums of cash. Please ensure that all items of value are always stored securely and not left unattended. Safety deposit boxes and in-room lockers are available for your use. To the extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any property brought onto the Hotel premises. In the event that we are found to be liable for any such loss or damage, we shall not be liable for such loss and damage to an amount exceeding the statutory limitation available under the applicable local laws and regulations.
